Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below for information on returns, refunds, and exchanges.



🛍️ Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for most unopened and unused items. To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be in its original packaging, sealed, and unused.
• Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
• Opened or used supplements
• Items marked as final sale or clearance



💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note:
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.



🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, email us at suppspro@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.



📦 Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the product was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.

2. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
3. Send the item back to the address we provide.
4. Once received and approved, your refund or exchange will be processed.
